September 2007 Daughters 21st Birthday Party at Home for 45 guests a bit of rain...a bit of wind...but:

I really would like to thank you for the fabulous food you served at my daughters 21st birthday. We had the most awesome compliments about the quantity and quality, everyone was very impressed!
All the 20+ year olds were delighted as well, it gave them an opportunity to eat without having to sit down and miss out on dancing,drinking and socialising!
You were a great hit and I cannot thank you enough for the stress free evening I had! Thanks again and I will certainly be in touch for future functions...Steph

December 2007 New Service Launch for 100 guests Grassed Foreshore Area hot!
I just wanted to say thanks so much for yesterday. The food was excellent. Next time we have a big launch you'll definitely be hearing from me and I will spread the word about your great service and food!

February 2009 40th Birthday Celebration for 40 guests at Home hot but pleasant evening...
Hi Fiona and Ernie,
Thank you very much for a great night for my 40th on Saturday night. The food was delicious and all our guests were raving about it - very yummy indeed. The service was excellent also - please pass on my thanks to Monique who did a great job and was lots of fun. I would be very happy to recommend your services to my family and friends for any future events.
There were 4-5 people there that will be having 40th parties this year so with a bit of luck we will get to taste your delicious food (tempura whiting and black bean spring rolls in particular) a few more times soon :-)

March 2009 Mosman Park Bowling Club 80 Guests - Seton College Staff Function Wet and Blustery!

On behalf of all of us who attended the bowling night last Friday can I say a huge thank you to you both and Marie for the wonderful very plentiful food and great service.

August 2009 Girl Guides Award Ceremony for 200 guests at Government House
Hi Fiona,
I wanted to say thank you for your wonderful service at our Awards ceremony on the 16th August. I have had nothing but good reports on your coffee, pastries and biscuits as well as your wonderful service.
I will definitely be in touch again for next years awards and for any other function that I need to cater for.

October 2008 Wedding at Sorrento Life Saving Club for 135 guests Warm but very Windy!!!
Kane and I just returned from our honeymoon, so apologies for not getting back to you sooner.
Kane, myself and all our guests thought the food was fantastic and the service from both yourself and Ernie and your wait staff was so professional and friendly! Really loved the fact that you just came in and set up with no disturbance to the photographs etc.
I will definitely refer you to all friends, family and if we ever need a caterer again we will definitely use PlatterUp Fingerfoods.

A little bit of time to catch up and thank you and Ernie for your wonderful service last week. Claire and I were delighted with how the celebrations went last Saturday and your no fuss, and very tasty, catering contributed enormously to the evening.
